What’s the best reason to get a diagnosis 🤨 ?I often get messages from adults who are wondering if they should get an ADHD diagnosis 😊“Is it worth it 🤷 ?”“Will it change anything 😟 ?”“Is it TOO LATE 😰 ?”I think it’s never too late to get a diagnosis if you can get one 😌💕But remember everybody is different ✨Maybe someone who’s 50 will be fine just understanding that they most likely have ADHD 😊Maybe someone who’s 60 will need a professional assessment to feel valid finally 😔
